Why?

Why is it important to have good reps?

·         Reps have the biggest influence on any groups trip and many of our contracts come down to our reps

·         Everything you guys guys do reflects what Wasteland Ski stands for.

·         Reps are our eyes and ears in resort, they’re our foot soldiers.  From our cosy office team here in Putney, we need reps to help us to deliver what we promise to all our groups and help to maintain the reputation that we have built over 18 years of hard work to retain loyal groups and take on new ones. 

·         We can’t be everywhere all the time so we require one rep per 30 people that travel with us, to help ensure that we have got everything covered
