Where do we go and how many reps will there be in a team?

·         We are going to be operating across 9 of the best ski resorts in the French alps next season:

Val d’Isere

Tignes

VT

Les Arcs

Avoriaz

Alp D’huez

Les Deux Alpes

·         We’re taking thousands of students away with us, with groups of 45 – 400 often with many groups in one resort on the same week. 

·         With a rep ratio of 1 rep to every 30 clients, we need a big team of reps and head reps.

·         Every group has a head rep to manage the team.

·         Every resort has a head of resort to help oversee all the groups and rep teams.

·         Every rep team is specific to a certain group, i.e. you will be repping one university and the same rooms within a group for the whole week.
