How do I apply to become a part of the ETC Pro Team?

Visit our recruitment website – www.snowsurestaff.co.uk and you will find all the ETC Jobs advertised.  All you need to do is fill out the application form, upload your CV & photograph and then you can apply.  

Handy Tips:  Each year we process hundreds of applications and unfortunately, our positions are limited.  To increase your chances of making it as an ETC Pro Team member then spend a bit of time with on your form.  Thinking about your answers, highlighting your personal strengths & uploading a decent photo will heavily increase the chances of your application getting noticed.  

'The ETC Pro Team' - what made you come up with that name!?

Good question.  Like all good things – it just happened!  Whilst ETC does deliver incredible events on behalf of its clients, we also don’t take ourselves too seriously.  Ski & Snowboard pro teams have one of the best lifestyles you could enjoy in the mountains & as we lack the supreme ability of these freestyle daredevils we think what we do is a close second best… our work consists of great events, great people & it all happens in a great place.

Is ETC work for the whole season?

Due to the nature of event work ETC does not offer jobs for the entire season.  However, through our recruitment partner – www.snowsurestaff.co.uk – there are over jobs available that you could do in the Alps alongside working for ETC, so have a look.  

What happens next in the application process?

You will be contacted (at what time depends on what job you have applied for) by Joe from ETC, usually by email who will let you know the next steps.   If you ever have any questions feel free to drop Joe an email - joe@eventtravelcompany.com

Do I get to ski/snowboard every day?

Successful members of the ETC Pro Team enjoy the mountains – consequently we’re not going to keep you from skiing/snowboarding.  We endeavour to give you ample time each day to stretch your legs and get out on the slopes.

How good a skier/snowboarder do I need to be?

Ski & Snowboard events don’t just rely on ski & snowboarders to run them!  If you have event experience or skills that will benefit the ETC Pro Team then make sure they are highlighted on your application.  You don’t have to be a competent skier/snowboarder to be an integral part to the ETC Pro Team.
